What happens if I miss a subscription payment?

We get it. There are all kinds of reasons that a payment might get missed. Unfortunately, when a payment is missed, the system will revoke your access to the product.  To fix this:

  1. Go to your dashboard click on your photo in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Billing Info in the top right corner
  4. Click on Replace and enter the new information.
  5. Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know you have resubmitted your payment information and we will reactivate your access to the program.

 

Can I share access to my program with another person?

We love that you would want to share this experience with a friend or family member! It is amazing to be able to work through some of the workbook questions with someone else and to talk about the things you are learning. That being said, we encourage everyone to have their own account and access to the program. When you can personally invest in yourself, the rewards are much greater.

Because we believe that the mindset involved in investing in yourself is critical to your success in the program, we do not allow sharing. If the system picks up on access to the program from different locations, it could revoke access.

 

What happens if the program is updated at a later date?

You will have access to all future updates unless the program is significantly expanded. If we offer a program in the future that is an expanded version of the one you own, we will offer a highly discounted rate to access the new material.

Encourage your friend to get on the waitlist at yourtodaystory.com.  The people on the waitlist will get all the information about upcoming enrollment dates and live trainings. They also get first access to the program when the doors open with a chance to get some awesome doorbusters!
